Shipping 

All prices without Great Britain VAT plus shipping costs. We deliver with DHL or another provider of our choice to the following countries: 

Shipping costs (packages up to 5 kg): 

Great Britain and Northern Ireland flat rate 17 GBP  (delivery time 5-10 working days)

USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan flat rate 42 GBP

If the delivery is made to non-EU countries, additional duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer, but not to the provider, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The customer is advised to ask the customs or tax authorities for details before ordering.These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Delivery time

Information on delivery time:
a. If you place an order with us for several items order, for which different delivery times apply, we ship the goods in a joint shipment, unless we agree with you have agreed otherwise. The delivery times are normal and are exclusive customs clearance. Remote Areas may have longer durations: delivery time up to 3 weeks.

For all payment methods, orders with corresponding availability are processed and sent immediately. 
We are anxious to offer the fastest possible shipping. 
When paying in advance, your order will be processed immediately after receipt of payment. 

Shipping Monitoring

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the "parcel number" for tracking by DHL. With this number, you have the opportunity to track your delivery on the way to you. Thus, you always know where your ordered items are currently.
